18th round of grievance hearing by Chief Minister.
✅96 percent of the complaints received till 17th round have been resolved
✅2.40 lakh grievances heard at the district level in two years, 92 percent resolved
✅13 ministers, additional chief secretaries, administrative secretaries and officials along with Hon'ble Chief Minister heard the grievances

On this occasion, Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi met 30 differently-abled and chronically ill people and directly listened to their problems. Hon'ble Chief Minister has directed the officials present to accept their grievances and take immediate action. On this occasion, the Chief Minister has sanctioned Rs. 3.60 lakh medical assistance through the Single Window System for about 13 complainants suffering from various diseases. More than 600 grievances have been received both online and offline during this event.
