Inaugurated the Odisha Watermanship and Lifeguard Institute (OSWALI) at Ramchandi near Konark.

Hon'ble CM Shri Mohan Charan Majhi  inaugurated the Odisha Watermanship and Life Guard Institute at Ramchandi, Konark, establishing a national level centre for professional water safety training. Hon'ble CM also laid the foundation for the upcoming Scuba Training Facility, further strengthening Odisha’s coastal safety and adventure training ecosystem.
