My dear people of Odisha!
"Service is the ultimate religion" Following this humanitarian philosophy, our government is always dedicated to your service. When a person falls ill, not only does his body suffer, but the whole family breaks down in mental distress. With the pledge that no family in Odisha is deprived of treatment due to lack of money, exactly one year ago today we inaugurated Ayushman Bharat and Gopabandhu Jan Arogya Yojana.
Today, on the occasion of the successful anniversary of this project, I am very happy that we have got the opportunity to serve lakhs of mothers and brothers of the state. Over the past one year, I have heard the stories of struggle and success of many families; where an old father has maintained his self-esteem by getting rid of the helplessness of selling his land for treatment, and where a mother is getting treatment in the best hospitals of the country with complete dignity and fearlessly. This scheme is not only a government facility for our citizens, but it is a symbol of our government's devotion and respect for them.
Successful coordination of Ayushman Bharat, Gopabandhu Jan Arogya Yojana and Ayushman Bio-Bandana Yojana has become a boon towards globalizing the health infrastructure of Odisha. It is your blessings and unending faith that gives me courage and strength to work overnight. Come, let us all together build a healthy, prosperous and developed Odisha.
