On the occasion of the birth centenary of Padma Vibhusan Guru Shri Kelucharan Mahapatra, Honorable Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi has participated in the program organized by the Culture Department at Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra Odishi Research Center in Bhubaneswar. On this occasion, Chief Minister has offered a garland on the statue of Shri Kelucharan Mahapatra and paid tribute and visited the painting and photo exhibition.
