Highlighting the unique and deep connection between Lord Somnath and Lord Lingaraj, Hon'ble Chief Minister said that if Somnath is the western guard of India, then Lingaraj is the unbroken power of the past. Speaking on the occasion, Hon'ble Chief Minister emphasized on the protection of Indian culture and the development of Shaivite shrines and recalled the turbulent history of Lord Somnath. On the development issues of Odisha, Hon'ble Chief Minister clarified that the people's government is committed to strengthening the cultural and spiritual infrastructure of the state.
