Swami Vivekananda used to say "Power is life" and in today's changing world, 'ability' is that unlimited power. Following his example, let's build an Odisha where every youth will be confident and self-reliant. Dedication and hard work will make this dream come true, said the Hon'ble Chief Minister in his address to the youth.
