In order to strengthen the foundation of primary education in every corner of Odisha, emphasis has been given on infrastructure development, construction of modern buildings, playgrounds and establishment of multifunctional assembly halls. I have directed the acquisition of more land taking into account the need for better learning environment for children, so that our future generations can learn in a developed and prosperous environment.
