Chief Minister Reviews Cyclone ‘Arnab’ Situation, Issues Strict Directives to Expedite Rescue and Relief Operations

Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi reviewed the situation of Cyclone ‘Arnab’, the damage caused, ongoing rescue operations, and relief distribution arrangements during a high-level meeting at the Office of the Special Relief Commissioner (SRC).

Prioritizing the safety of people in the affected areas, he directed officials to expedite the restoration of electricity, drinking water supply, and communication services. The Chief Minister also issued strict instructions to keep ODRAF, NDRF, and Fire Services on high alert and ensure effective coordination among various departments to deliver assistance on a war footing.
